Termite Treatment

Sometimes they are mistakenly called “white termites”. Hundreds to millions of termites live together in families. Their main goal is to work together in an organized system to find and use cellulose food sources to form larger colonies. Within the colony, there are specialized members such as workers, soldiers, winged ants (reproductive males and females), queens, kings, and nursery termites.

Most workers are light in weight and rarely exceed 10 mm in body length. They are like a grain of rice. They search for food day and night. They rarely leave the dark tunnels that lead from the colony through the ground to the wooden frame of the building. They care for the queen and her brood of nymphs, grooming each other and feeding the other nymphs in the colony.
